site is ready for evaluation, and you can apply for the award.

Are you the webmaster, and at least 18 years of age?
Have you read all the criteria, and disqualifiers set forth in this award program?
Is your site in English?
Does your site have at least five pages of real original content?
Does your site have a copyright visible on every page, and a copyright
statement that can be viewed from every page?
Does your site have a privacy policy viewable from every page,
and your site must comply with C.O.P.P.A.?
Does your site have an awards won page?
Is your site family friendly, and viewable by all?
Is there a way to contact you within the pages. (Email link)?
Is your site free of discrimination against color, race, religion,
or promote hatred in any way?
Is your site free of promoting illegal activities in anyway?
Is your site free of any broken internal links?
Is your site free of broken external links?
Are all the graphics loading properly on your site?
Do you have a skip option for flash intro’s?
Is there a way to turn off your music on your site?
Does your site have a navigation menu?
Is your site free of under construction signs, or coming soon signs?
Is your site free of horizontal scrolls in a 1024 x 768 screen resolution?
Does your site load within 60 seconds using a 56k modem?
Is your site free of visible coding errors that are viewable on pages?
